Promotion terms and conditions THE FUTURE IS BRIGHT 10 ml as a gift

§1. Organiser and promotion period

1. The promotion is organised by NISHA Ryglewicz Spółka Komandytowa, with its registered office at ul. Jana Kasprowicza 4, 62-040 Puszczykowo, Poland, KRS 0000818948, tax identification number (NIP) 7831810685, statistical number (REGON) 385083714 (the “Organiser”).
2. The promotion applies in the Oio Lab online store:
   • at oiolab.co/pl/ — to orders placed in PLN;
   • na oiolab.co — to orders placed in EUR.
3. The promotion does not apply to orders placed in USD or orders for delivery to the United States.
4. The promotion runs from 00:00 on 23 October 2026 until 23:59 on 31 October 2026, local time in Poland, or until stocks of the Gifts run out, whichever occurs first.

§2. Promotion rules

1. For every 2 products purchased in a single order during the promotion, the Customer receives THE FUTURE IS BRIGHT — vitamin C oil serum, 10 ml, free of charge (the “Gift”). The promotion covers all products available in the stores specified in Section 1.
2. Each unit purchased counts separately, including multiple units of the same product. A set sold as a single product counts as 1 product, regardless of the number of items it contains. Gifts do not count towards the number of products purchased.
3. A purchase of 2 or 3 products qualifies for 1 Gift, and a purchase of 4 or 5 products qualifies for 2 Gifts. The same rule applies to larger orders.
4. Gifts are added to the order automatically. No promotional code is required. The promotion can be combined with discount codes available in the store; using a discount code does not affect the number of Gifts to which the Customer is entitled.
5. Gifts are allocated in the order in which qualifying orders are placed, while stocks last. Once stocks run out, the Organiser will publish a notice in the store stating that the promotion has ended. This does not affect entitlement to Gifts already allocated.
6. Gifts cannot be exchanged for another product or for cash.

§3. Withdrawal and returns

1. Participation in the promotion does not limit the right of withdrawal or any other Customer rights under applicable law or the Oio Lab Online Store Terms and Conditions.
2. If the Customer exercises the right to withdraw without giving any reason in respect of the entire order, all Gifts received with that order must also be returned.
3. If the Customer withdraws in respect of part of the order, the Customer may keep 1 Gift for every 2 purchased products retained. Any remaining Gifts must be sent back with the returned products. For example, a Customer who purchases 4 products and returns 2 of them may keep 1 Gift.
4. Submitting a complaint or sending a product back for repair or replacement does not in itself affect entitlement to a Gift.
5. All other rules on withdrawal and returns are set out in the applicable Oio Lab Online Store Terms and Conditions.

§4. Complaints

1. Complaints concerning the promotion may be submitted in particular:
   • by email to girls@oiolab.co;
   • in writing to: NISHA Ryglewicz Spółka Komandytowa, ul. Jana Kasprowicza 4, 62-040 Puszczykowo, Poland.
2. To help us handle the complaint, please provide the order number, a description of the issue and contact details for the response.
3. The Organiser will respond to the complaint within 14 days of receipt, by email or in writing.

§5. Final provisions

1. Matters not covered by these promotion terms and conditions are governed by applicable law and the Oio Lab Online Store Terms and Conditions applicable to the order: the Polish version or the English version.
2. Information on the processing of personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy available in the relevant version of the store.
3. These promotion terms and conditions are effective from 23 October 2026.
