A complex of five complementary forms of hyaluronic acid with different molecular weights, developed to support hydration at multiple levels of the skin. Smaller and larger forms perform distinct yet complementary roles, helping hydrate the skin from the surface to deeper layers while supporting softness, smoothness and elasticity.
Unlike conventional formulas based on a single form of hyaluronic acid, the 5D system works across multiple levels. Rather than concentrating its action at a single level, it creates a more even, multidimensional effect — combining immediate surface hydration with longer-lasting moisture retention.
A key component is Sodium Hyaluronate Crosspolymer, a cross-linked form of hyaluronic acid. Its three-dimensional structure creates a hydrating micro-network on the skin that binds water and releases it gradually. This helps limit rapid moisture loss and supports lasting comfort, softness and smoothness.
The complex therefore works not only by attracting water, but also by helping maintain more stable hydration across different levels of the skin.

Instead of standard mineral forms, we use five essential elements — zinc, iron, silicon, copper and magnesium — transformed into more bioactive forms through natural fermentation with Saccharomyces yeast. This process increases their bioavailability, making them easier for the skin to recognise and use.
These minerals act as cofactors — helping enzymes carry out reactions essential to cellular function, including protein synthesis. The complex also strengthens the skin’s antioxidant defences. Testing on the ingredient confirms its ability to neutralise free radicals.
The complex also supports skin structure and density. Ingredient studies using a formulation containing 2% of the complex — the same concentration we use in FULVIC IONIC — showed a 14.48% improvement in skin density after just 24 hours compared with the base formulation without the complex. A 32% increase in collagen fibre density was also observed after four weeks compared with baseline.

Chasteberry extract, also known as monk’s pepper extract, is obtained from the berries of Vitex agnus-castus — a Mediterranean shrub traditionally used in herbal medicine since ancient times. In the Middle Ages, its dried berries were valued by monks for supporting balance and well-being.
Its berries contain phytoendorphins: natural compounds with activity similar to β-endorphins, often known as “happiness hormones”. This makes chasteberry extract especially relevant for skin during hormonal changes, when density, elasticity and structure can become visibly affected.
Instead of focusing only on surface comfort, chasteberry extract supports mechanisms linked to skin density, elasticity and resilience — helping address visible changes such as loss of firmness, thinning and reduced bounce.
In ingredient-level in vitro studies, chasteberry extract was shown to stimulate DHEA biosynthesis by up to +30%. DHEA is a hormone precursor associated with maintaining skin density and elasticity.
Studies performed on women and men over 50 showed improved skin elasticity, increased skin density on the face and body after one month, and a visible anti-wrinkle effect.

Sourced from cork oaks growing across the Mediterranean basin, whose bark has been used to make wine stoppers since Roman times. The extract is obtained through a patented eco-extraction process using cork-industry by-products together with the tree’s polyphenol-rich leaves, roots and flowers.
Cold-pressed virgin coconut oil serves as both an extraction medium and a carrier, helping active compounds penetrate the skin.
Rich in triterpenes and polyphenols, it goes beyond soothing to help reduce visible redness and protect the skin from oxidative stress. Laboratory testing showed that the extract reduced the release of TNF-α, a signalling molecule involved in the inflammatory response. Cork oak flowers contain up to 29 times the polyphenol content of cranberry, compared on a dry-weight basis.
A study of a cream containing 5% of the ingredient demonstrated a reduction of up to 70% in UV-induced redness after just three applications. This result was recorded 24 hours after the final application.

Ectoin is a multifunctional active molecule from the group of extremolytes — protective molecules produced by microorganisms that survive in extreme environments such as salt lakes, deserts, hot springs and arctic ice. In nature, ectoin helps protect cells from environmental stress.
In skincare, ectoin acts as an advanced protective molecule. Unlike typical humectants that work mainly by binding water, ectoin forms stable water structures — known as hydro complexes — around cells, proteins and other biomolecules. These hydration shells help protect and stabilise cellular structures, supporting the skin’s ability to maintain hydration and respond to external stress.
Ectoin intensely hydrates, soothes and supports skin comfort and resilience. It also helps support the skin barrier and reduce transepidermal water loss, making it especially valuable for skin exposed to dryness, irritation and environmental stress.
Ingredient-level studies report an increase in skin hydration of up to 200% compared with placebo, with the hydrating effect maintained for up to 7 days after use is discontinued.

Precious oils extracted in France from upcycled chicory and beech seeds.
Patented enzymatic extraction uses carefully selected enzymes to gently break down seed cell walls and release their bioactive compounds. The process uses no organic solvents and preserves naturally occurring polyphenols. Compared with traditional cold pressing, this method yielded a higher antioxidant content, as confirmed by comparative testing.
Linoleic acid (omega-6) accounts for 70–80% of the fatty acids in chicory seed oil. Beech seed oil complements this profile with omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids and polyphenols. Together, these oils support skin barrier function and repair, help maintain hydration and restore softness and suppleness.

HOLOBIOSYS® is a next-generation microbiome-supporting active designed to support the skin as an ecosystem — where hydration, barrier function and the skin microbiome work together.
It is derived from fermented yellow gentian roots, sustainably harvested in France. Known as the “queen of the mountains”, yellow gentian is a resilient alpine plant selected for its ability to thrive in demanding environmental conditions.
The extract is enhanced through an upcycled fermentation process involving a rare cold-tolerant airborne bacterium. This process helps unlock active molecules that support hydration, lipid balance and the skin’s microbial ecosystem.
HOLOBIOSYS® works beyond a surface moisturising effect. It helps reinforce the microbiome, support the skin barrier and improve the skin’s ability to maintain hydration.
Ingredient-level studies report +33% hydration, +43% lipids and a 39–45% increase in beneficial bacteria after 28 days. HOLOBIOSYS® is certified organic by ECOCERT according to the COSMOS standard.
Present in:
A botanical lifting active derived from honey locust (Gleditsia triacanthos) seeds. It instantly smooths the skin and reduces the appearance of wrinkles.
Native to North America, the honey locust tree produces sweet pods traditionally used as a natural source of sugars. The seeds are obtained from mature pods collected after they fall naturally, without damaging the tree.
Extraction uses water as the only solvent to obtain a concentrated fraction of polysaccharides — natural sugar-based compounds with powerful tightening properties.
After application, as water evaporates, the polysaccharides link together to form an ultra-thin 3D network on the skin’s surface. This network mechanically tightens and smooths the skin, delivering results without the wait.
Ingredient studies confirm visible skin smoothing after just 3 minutes, with effects lasting up to 8 hours. Wrinkle depth is reduced by up to 57% within the first hour after application.
COSMOS-approved.

A duo of biotech ingredients derived from fungal biomass that supports the skin’s natural production of hyaluronic acid and elastin.
At its core is a hyaluronic acid precursor known as “needle-free hyaluronic acid”. Instead of supplying ready-made hyaluronic acid, it activates the skin’s own synthesis, supporting hydration, bounce and elasticity.
Unlike standard hydrating ingredients, the duo works with the skin’s natural processes rather than only binding water at the surface.
Ingredient-level studies showed a 92.7% increase in hyaluronic acid synthesis and a 35.8% increase in elastin synthesis. After 28 days of use, skin elasticity improved by 16% and mechanical fatigue decreased by 27%, indicating a better ability to recover its original shape after deformation.
ECOCERT- and COSMOS-approved ingredients.

Melatonin is a naturally occurring hormone best known for regulating the sleep-wake cycle. It is also present in the skin, where it supports night-time regeneration, antioxidant defence and protection against oxidative stress.
The skin has its own melatoninergic system, involved in maintaining skin function and structure. With age, both melatonin production in the skin and the density of melatonin receptors decline, which may reduce the skin’s ability to respond to stress and support repair processes.
The melatonin used in Oio Lab formulas is sourced from ice wine grape biomass from Canada. Grapes exposed to cold stress naturally produce protective compounds, including melatonin, which helps the plant defend itself against environmental stressors.
Encapsulated in microscopic phospholipid vesicles — structures similar to cell membranes — melatonin shows higher stability and bioavailability, allowing it to act more effectively than a non-encapsulated form.
Ingredient-level studies show dose-dependent antioxidant activity, a reduction in IL-6 — an inflammation-related marker involved in skin ageing — by up to 70%, and a 12.6% reduction in average wrinkle feature count after 4 weeks.
Present in:
Derived from biotechnologically cultivated cells of Physcomitrella patens, a moss belonging to one of the earliest groups of land plants. Mosses withstand drought, freezing temperatures and rapid environmental changes thanks to their exceptional adaptive mechanisms.
The ingredient is produced using sustainable tissue-culture technology, allowing moss cells to be cultivated under controlled conditions without repeated harvesting from nature.
It supports the expression of proteins involved in nuclear envelope structure and transport between the nucleus and cytoplasm — processes essential for cell function and adaptation to environmental stimuli. This helps skin respond more effectively to changes in temperature and humidity while supporting resilience and barrier function.
Ingredient-level studies showed an increase in hydration of more than 6% and a reduction in transepidermal water loss (TEWL) of more than 8% after two weeks, as well as a 15% reduction in wrinkle depth after four weeks. It also improved the evenness of skin tone under changing climatic conditions.
COSMOS-approved.

Natural Glycoin is inspired by the “resurrection plant” Myrothamnus flabellifolia — a plant found in African deserts that can survive extreme drought and recover after rainfall.
In this plant, Glycoin acts as a natural stress-protection molecule: it helps protect cellular structures during dehydration and supports the reactivation of cell functions when water becomes available again.
In skincare, Natural Glycoin is used as a 100% natural form of glyceryl glucoside, obtained biotechnologically through a patented, sustainable process. It supports cellular energy, metabolic activity and regeneration processes, helping bring renewed activity to skin that appears tired, stressed or lacking vitality.
Unlike ingredients that work mainly on the surface, Natural Glycoin supports key cellular processes linked to skin quality, resilience and regeneration. Ingredient-level studies show a 170% increase in cellular activity and a 280% increase in SOD1 — an antioxidant enzyme that forms part of the skin’s natural defence system.
ECOCERT and COSMOS approved. NATRUE certified.

An innovative form of vitamin A — one of the best-studied anti-ageing ingredients. Developed in Japanese laboratories, it combines the efficacy of retinol with greater stability and high tolerance.
Classic retinol can quickly lose activity when exposed to light, heat and oxidation. Hydrogenation creates a form that is more resistant to all three factors. After one week of light exposure, hydrogenated retinol retains 100% of its activity, while classic retinol loses 77%.
Its action goes beyond surface-level smoothing. Ingredient-level studies showed a 150% increase in hyaluronic acid synthesis after 48 hours, supporting hydration, firmness, elasticity and a fuller-looking complexion.
Safety testing confirmed high tolerance, with no irritation observed. Hydrogenated retinol therefore combines the well-studied efficacy of vitamin A with a gentler profile in use — including for sensitive skin.

A proprietary complex inspired by research into cellular ageing. It combines arctic kelp, blue lotus stem cells and coenzyme Q10 — ingredients selected for their role in supporting cellular energy, firmness and elasticity.
Arctic winged kelp grows in the cold, agitated waters of the north, maintaining flexibility and structural integrity under intense water pressure. Blue lotus stem cells — derived from a flower that symbolised rebirth in ancient Egypt — help protect collagen and elastin from the effects of glycation. Coenzyme Q10 supports mitochondrial energy production and helps protect mitochondria against oxidative stress.
Rather than focusing only on the skin’s surface, the complex supports key cellular mechanisms linked to firmness and elasticity. Ingredient-level studies on its components showed a 42% increase in cellular energy (ATP) after 24 hours, together with a 25% increase in firmness and a 20% increase in elasticity after 28 days.

A proprietary complex developed in our Laboratory in Poland that reverses the standard approach to make-up: nourishing skincare that delivers a superfresh glow, not a highlighter with added skincare.
It contains low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid obtained through biofermentation, with a molecular weight below 100 kDa. An oil-based matrix of olive-derived glycerides allows this water-soluble ingredient to be used in anhydrous formulas.
Unlike high-molecular-weight forms of hyaluronic acid that work mainly on the skin’s surface, this form penetrates into the epidermis. In laboratory testing, up to 33.7% of the hyaluronic acid passed through an epidermal model within 24 hours.
The complex also contains organic Ubuntu mongongo oil, traditionally used to protect skin against the harsh conditions of the Kalahari. Cold-pressed from the seeds, it is rich in omega-6 fatty acids and vitamin E — nourishing the skin, helping maintain its softness and supporting antioxidant protection. The seeds are sustainably harvested, providing income for local communities in Southern Africa.
Ultrafine mineral pigments reflect light to create a natural, light-catching glow. Together, the ingredients combine hydration and nourishment with an immediate illuminating effect.
Present in:
Our proprietary hydrating and illuminating complex, developed in our own laboratory. It brings together ingredients with complementary actions in a system for intensive hydration, smoother skin and improved elasticity.
Polysaccharides from the Tremella fuciformis mushroom and oligosaccharides from algae bind water and form a protective film that reduces moisture loss. Different forms of hyaluronic acid with varying molecular sizes provide multi-level hydration. Marine minerals and amino acids support the skin’s natural moisturising factor — a mixture of substances that help retain water in the epidermis.
The system is completed by a patented active produced through biotechnology from renewable plant sources. It stimulates the synthesis of hyaluronic acid and elastin — important for skin hydration and elasticity.
Unlike formulas that rely mainly on optical effects, the complex delivers a glow driven by real improvements in skin quality.
In a laboratory study on skin cells, the patented active increased hyaluronic acid synthesis by 92.7% after 24 hours compared with the control. A separate study of the marine ingredient showed hydration lasting up to 7 days after the end of a 14-day application period.

A pioneering complex developed in the Oio Lab Laboratory, combining three advanced ingredients that support skin longevity: vegan collagen with spermidine, tuberose stem cells with betaine and ultra-pure ozonated omega 3-6-9 esters from Polish linseed oil.
The complex was designed to support key processes involved in maintaining the skin’s long-term condition: autophagy, microcirculation, the protective barrier and active ingredient delivery. Instead of focusing on a single effect, it works multidirectionally — supporting firmness, density, elasticity and skin radiance.
Vegan collagen with spermidine supports autophagy — the natural process of cellular renewal and cleansing. Tuberose stem cells with betaine help improve microcirculation and support a fresher, more rested look. Ultra-pure ozonated omega 3-6-9 esters from Polish linseed oil strengthen the protective barrier and help enhance the delivery and performance of active ingredients in the skin.
Ingredient-level studies on the components of the complex indicate support for collagen synthesis, elasticity, microcirculation, hydration and the skin’s protective barrier. As a result, Oio Lab Longevity Complex™ helps create the conditions for firmer, more radiant skin that appears more resilient to visible signs of fatigue and ageing.
Present in:
A proprietary complex designed to combine effective cleansing with nourishment and support for the skin’s lipid barrier.
At its core is a mild cleansing ingredient with pea proteins, produced using green technology from coconut fatty acids and hydrolysed pea proteins. The proteins form a protective film on the skin, helping reduce the irritating effects of cleansing agents. In an in vivo study — conducted on the skin of volunteers — the ingredient showed a sevenfold lower increase in redness than SLES used alone. Further testing indicates a lower impact on transepidermal water loss (TEWL) and skin dehydration than SLES.
The cleansing action is complemented by six oils and butters — cherry kernel, apricot kernel, passion fruit seed and grape seed oils, plus Allanblackia and shea butters. They provide omega fatty acids, vitamins and antioxidants, supporting skin softness, smoothness and lipid barrier integrity.
Unlike conventional cleansing approaches that focus mainly on removing impurities, Oio Lab Omega Barrier Complex™ combines cleansing with protection and nourishment — supporting hydration, comfort and skin balance.

The enzymatically extracted plant oils provide essential fatty acids and antioxidant molecules obtained through a solvent-free enzymatic process. This technology helps release active plant compounds while preserving their synergistic effect.
Together, these ingredients support the skin barrier, help balance the water-lipid layer and improve the skin’s ability to maintain hydration. Unlike formulas focused mainly on a short-term moisturising effect, Oio Lab Skin Ecosystem Complex™ helps create the conditions for long-term comfort, resilience and balance.
Present in:
A proprietary complex developed in Oio Lab’s own laboratory, inspired by the resilience and self-regulation of forest ecosystems. It combines Reishi, Maitake and Shiitake extracts, a patented complex of three adaptogenic roots, magnolia bark extract and enzymatically extracted fir seed oil from the Vosges.
The mushroom extracts are obtained through a biotechnological process and support the skin as an interconnected system comprising the microbiome and its chemical, physical and immune barriers. They help protect epidermal cells, support pH balance, promote the expression of markers involved in ceramide production and reinforce natural immune mechanisms.
Inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine, the adaptogen complex supports epidermal integrity and antioxidant defence. Magnolia bark provides antioxidant and skin-conditioning support, while fir seed oil supplies essential fatty acids, polyphenols, vitamin E and phytosterols that help reinforce the lipid barrier and maintain skin comfort.
Together, these ingredients support four pillars of skin resilience to stress: the microbiome, pH balance, the lipid barrier and natural protective mechanisms. Ingredient-level studies showed a 9.7% increase in skin density after two weeks and increased expression of markers linked to epidermal lipids, pH regulation and skin immunity.

An oil-soluble extract of rock samphire (Crithmum maritimum) — a botanical alternative to retinol. It stimulates renewal of the epidermis and supports its restructuring, for smoother, denser skin.
The plant thrives in extreme environmental conditions, rooting in crevices along the rocky Atlantic coast. Harvested by hand on the French coastline, it undergoes advanced supercritical CO₂ extraction — a gentle process that helps preserve sensitive bioactive compounds.
Its action goes beyond surface smoothing. It supports natural exfoliation, stimulates collagen synthesis and helps limit collagen breakdown — combining epidermal renewal with support for the structures that give skin its firmness.
Unlike conventional retinol, which can cause irritation, it is very well tolerated even by sensitive skin and does not increase sensitivity to sunlight.
Ingredient studies confirm a reduction in wrinkle depth of up to 21% after 28 days of use. In a laboratory study on skin cells (in vitro), the ingredient increased type I collagen synthesis by 94%.
Certified organic and COSMOS-compliant.

For millennia, turmeric has been valued in Ayurveda for its soothing and regenerative properties — benefits now supported by scientific research.
Supercritical CO₂ extraction produces a pure, concentrated extract rich in turmerones. Compared with traditional extraction methods, it delivers higher levels of active compounds. The process leaves no solvent residues.
The extract’s strength lies in its concentration — it takes 10–20 kg of dried turmeric rhizomes to produce just 1 kg of extract. Essential oil accounts for 70–90% of the extract and is composed primarily of turmerones.
Cell-based studies of turmerone-rich turmeric oil have shown a reduction in oxidative stress — one of the factors that accelerate skin ageing. It helps protect skin from free radicals.
Certified organic (DE-ÖKO-013) and compliant with the COSMOS standard.

Sodium hyaluronate is the sodium salt of hyaluronic acid — a substance naturally present in the skin and valued for its exceptional ability to attract and bind water. Thanks to its affinity for moisture, it helps support hydration, softness and a smoother-looking skin surface.
Used as a humectant, sodium hyaluronate forms a lightweight hydrating layer on the skin and helps reduce feelings of dryness and tightness. Unlike richer, barrier-forming ingredients, it does not rely on creating a heavy lipid layer, which makes it particularly well suited to lightweight, water-based formulas.
How it works depends partly on its molecular weight and structure. Different forms can perform complementary roles and support hydration at multiple levels. Cross-linked sodium hyaluronate creates a three-dimensional micro-network on the skin that binds water and releases it gradually, helping maintain moisture, softness and comfort for longer.
Across Oio Lab formulas, sodium hyaluronate is used in carefully selected forms and combinations according to the purpose of each product — from multi-level facial hydration to targeted care for the delicate eye area and formulas designed to support a fresh, luminous complexion.

A duo responsible for visible smoothing, firmer-looking skin and improved resilience. It combines the microrelaxing action of spilanthol with the barrier and structural support of mastic oil. Spilanthol is obtained using supercritical CO₂ extraction, a method that produces a highly concentrated extract without chemical solvents or high temperatures. Its microrelaxing action helps reduce tension associated with facial expressions and soften the appearance of visible lines and wrinkles. Mastic oil is obtained from the resin known as the “tears of Chios”, harvested exclusively on the Greek island of Chios. The traditional cultivation and harvesting practice is recognised by UNESCO as intangible cultural heritage. The oil supports the skin barrier, elasticity and resilience, while helping protect the skin against oxidative stress. Unlike ingredients that provide surface-level smoothing alone, this duo combines microrelaxing action with broader support for firmness, elasticity and skin structure.

Native to the cold, windy mountains of Tasmania, Tasmanian pepper is a hardy Australian plant whose berries have long been valued by Indigenous Australians as a traditional food source. They naturally contain polygodial, anthocyanins and rutin — compounds associated with soothing and antioxidant activity. In skincare, Tasmanian pepper berry extract is especially valuable for sensitive and reactive skin. It acts on TRPV1 — a receptor involved in sensations of burning, itching and skin discomfort — rather than working only on visible redness. In ingredient-level in vitro studies, the extract helped limit heat-induced TRPV1 activation and reduced the release of inflammatory mediators IL-1α and PGE2. Ingredient-level clinical studies at a 2% concentration showed a 79% reduction in itching sensations and a 58% reduction in burning after 5 minutes. Visible redness caused by UV exposure was reduced by up to 35% after 24 hours. ECOCERT and COSMOS certified.

A natural polysaccharide derived from Tremella fuciformis, prized in traditional Chinese medicine as the “beauty mushroom”. In skincare, it acts as a natural alternative to hyaluronic acid, combining intensive hydration with antioxidant activity. Its branched structure helps bind water. On the skin’s surface, it forms a delicate film that helps retain moisture and reduce moisture loss. This provides lasting hydration and leaves skin smooth, without a tight feeling. In a comparative ingredient study, skin was better hydrated after 3 and 6 hours than with sodium hyaluronate — a conventional form of hyaluronic acid — used at the same concentration. Antioxidant testing also demonstrated its ability to neutralise free radicals, complementing its moisturising action by helping protect the skin against oxidative stress. Approved by ECOCERT for use in COSMOS-certified cosmetics.

An advanced combination of white tuberose flower cells and natural plant-derived betaine. Tuberose is a plant with intensely fragrant white flowers, long valued in perfumery. In our Laboratory, we use it as a biotechnological active ingredient that supports skin freshness, radiance and structure.
The ingredient was developed for areas where signs of fatigue, slowed microcirculation, loss of freshness and weakened skin structure become visible. It supports microcirculation, helps reduce the appearance of dark circles and puffiness, and improves the look of skin that has lost radiance, firmness and a well-rested appearance.
Unlike ingredients focused on a single effect, tuberose stem cells with betaine work multidirectionally: they support microcirculation, hydration, skin comfort and components of the extracellular matrix, such as collagen, elastin and glycosaminoglycans.
Ingredient-level studies showed after 30 days: +23% skin radiance, a 16% reduction in the appearance of dark circles, a 13% reduction in puffiness and an 11% reduction in the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
In vitro studies, meaning laboratory studies conducted on cellular models, also indicate support for the synthesis of collagen, elastin and water-binding components in the skin — all important for firmness, elasticity and skin structure.

At Oio Lab, we use a technologically advanced form of Polish linseed oil — a Slavic superfood valued in skincare for centuries. Exclusive to Oio Lab formulas, this advanced form is based on ultra-pure omega-3, -6 and -9 monoesters derived from cold-pressed Polish linseed oil.
Through a patented process, the monoesters are isolated from the oil and then saturated with active ozone, forming stable ozone compounds known as ozonides. During ozonation, stable oxygen bridges form at the double bonds in the fatty acid chains, binding ozone within the ester structure. Purifying the esters beforehand reduces the naturally occurring impurities in unrefined linseed oil that could otherwise react with ozone.
Their advantage over traditional oils also lies in their structure. Monoesters have smaller molecules than the triglycerides found in unrefined plant oils, allowing them to penetrate the epidermis more quickly and deeply. Lightweight and highly bioavailable, they go beyond simply nourishing the skin.
They support hydration, regeneration and restoration of the skin’s natural lipid barrier, helping improve skin comfort, balance and overall condition. Ingredient-level studies also indicate antibacterial activity of the ozonides.

Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate is one of the most stable and bioavailable forms of vitamin C, developed in Japanese laboratories. Its efficacy is supported by studies and scientific publications on stability, skin penetration and conversion into active vitamin C.
Unlike less stable forms of vitamin C that readily lose activity, it is more resistant to degradation from heat and light. Its fat-soluble structure supports effective penetration through the stratum corneum, the skin’s outermost layer. Esterases, enzymes naturally present in the epidermis, then convert it into active vitamin C — with as much as 84% conversion demonstrated in a reconstructed human skin model.
Once released, vitamin C neutralises free radicals — unstable molecules that, in excess, can damage skin cells and accelerate skin ageing. This helps protect the skin from oxidative stress.
In an ingredient study using a 10% formulation, 65% of participants reported visibly reduced dark spots after 12 weeks, while separate laboratory testing demonstrated a 130% increase in collagen synthesis — supporting a more even-looking skin tone and improved firmness.
In THE FUTURE IS BRIGHT, we use this form of vitamin C at a 15% concentration.

An advanced complex based on microalgae-derived ingredients: collagen amino acids and Haematococcus pluvialis extract. It was developed as a vegan alternative to ingredients that support skin structure, firmness and density — without the use of animal-derived raw materials. The complex contains naturally occurring spermidine — a polyamine that supports autophagy, the natural process of cellular renewal and cleansing. This approach reflects longevity-focused skincare: instead of focusing only on surface-level smoothing, it supports mechanisms important for the skin’s long-term condition. Collagen amino acids provide elements important for skin elasticity and structure, while microalgae extract supports skin condition and helps protect against oxidative stress. As a result, the complex helps strengthen skin structure, improve bounce and restore a fuller, more radiant appearance. COSMOS and NATRUE certified.

An advanced extract derived from the seeds of Tephrosia purpurea, a plant used for centuries in Ayurvedic tradition. Known as “happiness in a cream”, it was selected for its ability to support skin exposed to stress and prone to reactivity or imbalance. Skin responds to stress through its own biological mechanisms, including the production of cortisol and beta-endorphins. Unlike ingredients focused mainly on immediate soothing, wild indigo acts on this response: it helps inhibit cortisol production, supports beta-endorphin production and activates mechanisms linked to antioxidant defence and skin barrier function. As a result, it helps reduce reactivity, redness and signs of fatigue while supporting skin balance and a more rested appearance. Ingredient-level studies showed up to 70% inhibition of cortisol production after two hours, up to a 163% increase in beta-endorphin production and skin redness levels 2.4 times lower after 28 days. Compliant with ECOCERT and COSMOS standards.
